Who is Regina Kane?
Founder · CEO · Mindset & Systems Architect
Some people are born with a gift for a beautiful voice, for writing, for painting. Mine was always different: I am a visionary with a gift of seeing systems with crystal clarity. I've spent over a decade inside businesses across industries, helping founders find clarity and break through the ceilings they can feel but can't yet explain. I've become someone people call in specifically to name the blind spots and rebuild systems around them. Here's how I got here.
My career began in luxury hospitality. I immediately fell in love with the industry: it shaped my resilience and attention to detail, taught me everything about operations, product excellence, guest experience, service, sales, communication, and human psychology.
To become an expert in this industry, I studied hospitality business at university, learning how to build and operate restaurants and hotels from zero to success.
When I moved to the United States in 2015, I didn't speak English, and the career I'd built back home wasn't one I could simply continue. I had to find a new path.
Marketing was the piece of my university program that always resonated a lot, so I started studying the U.S. market and quickly noticed how underutilized social media still was here. While I was learning English, I kept studying fundamental marketing alongside it, and eventually started a new career as a social media marketer.
Not long after, I formed my own marketing agency, because delivering the growth my clients actually wanted meant going far beyond social media alone.
That's where the pattern started. To get results through marketing, I kept finding myself advising business owners on things that had nothing to do with marketing: systems, operations, structure, leadership. It didn't happen once. It happened with every client, starting in 2018. Eventually I had to admit what that meant: marketing was the only piece of everything I knew about business that I'd actually been monetizing. So I shifted my focus from done-for-you marketing services to consulting so my time and energy would be the most impactful for each client.
In 2023, I was recruited to step away from my agency and become Head of Marketing for one of the top fine dining hospitality groups in my city, with a portfolio spanning three fine dining restaurants, premium private event spaces, a Marriott hotel, Key Tower - the tallest premium office building between New York and Chicago, a premium wellness center with a full gym and spa, and luxury apartments.
Across my career in America, I've worked inside small businesses, mid-size companies, and multi-million-dollar operations. I took everything I learned - every pattern I saw repeat itself across industries, every blind spot I learned to name before a founder could see it themselves - and built it into a workshop called "The Blind Spot".
"The Blind Spot" is designed to take you to absolute clarity in five modules: starting with a hard look in the mirror at your own patterns as a founder, where you, as the leader, are the bottleneck, and ending with a personalized 90-Day Roadmap you can use to take your business to its maximum potential.
